Raised in Silver Spring, Nicole brings a native Washingtonian's knowledge of the D.C. metro area to her real estate work. Nicole launched her real estate business following two years as a paralegal, most recently for the Department of Justice.
Nicole graduated from Howard University with a bachelor's degree in legal communications. As a paralegal, she was trained to prepare and write contracts; now, in real estate, she assists her clients in writing carefully worded offers that clearly outline their terms and protect their best interests.
Nicole understands that real estate is more than a transaction; it's about building relationships. She has always enjoyed helping people and is especially inspired to assist them in buying and selling their largest asset - their home. Nicole is a strong advocate for her clients and is dedicated to guiding every transaction to a smooth, successful settlement.
Since the age of two, Nicole has traveled back and forth from Jamaica, where her parents were raised. With a multicultural background, she enjoys working with a diverse clientele and helping them navigate challenging, often complicated transactions.
